Attention Waiheke Island residents: Our shipping costs do not include shipping to Waiheke Island. If you are from Waiheke Island and would like us to ship a product there, please contact us to discuss the costs.
Delivery Times
For every order placed, we will notify you personally and let you know how long your order will take. Deliveries will usually arrive in 2-7 working days from shipping date. Rural deliveries may take longer to arrive.
While we make every effort to ship orders as soon as we receive them, larger items (e.g. kitchen units, combos, three- & four-piece sets) are usually made to order due to customer modifications and colour combinations. It can take up to 2-3 weeks from the order date to deliver these, depending on stock and customer demand. You are welcome to contact us to see what is readily available before purchasing these items.
Delivery charges
Our delivery rates vary depending on the items selected. Our shopping cart will automatically calculate delivery charges for you when you go to checkout. You will always know the shipping cost BEFORE you have to enter any payment details.
Most of our items CANNOT be combined for shipping, but where possible we will try to ship smaller items (e.g. kid's wooden toolboxes) inside a large item (e.g. kid's wooden kitchen unit). If you have any questions about shipping, please feel free to ask us before you order.
Product Availability and Shipping
While we make every effort to keep our items in stock, the nature of hand-crafting quality items the old-fashioned way means that occasionally we may run out of a popular item or specific colour. If we are out of stock on an item that you have just ordered, we will contact you within 24 hours to let you know when it will be available and we may also be able to offer alternative products. You may choose to wait until the item is in stock, select an alternative, or cancel your order.
We will not charge you until we are ready to ship your product.
Unattended items
Please make sure your delivery address and billing address is clear and correct. Please also include any special instructions (e.g. leave by back door, etc.) and we will be sure to note it on your package. Sometimes a courier will require a signature for the products, but if there is no one home when the courier delivers your order, we cannot be held responsible for unattended orders.
