Can adults safely sit on the chairs?
Yes, several parents have told us that they sit on the chairs when sitting at the tables with their children. Just remember that these chairs and tables are made for children, so don’t be too rough with them – e.g. no swinging back in the chair so that all your adult weight is on two legs etc. WE ADVISE GOING FOR OUR "EXTRA LARGE - BIG KIDS SETS. IF WANTING TO COMFORTABLY SIT DOWN WITH YOUR CHILD.

What if i dont want to use PAY PAL for my credit card payment?
You are welcome to phone us or email us your phone number and we will call you.and we can take your credit card payment/details from you and put it through our eftpos machine at our showroom if you feel safer doing it this way.. We do this type of payment hundreds of times a year.

What is MELTECA and why do you use on kids’ furniture?
MELTECA is the surface that you find on modern day kitchen cupboards and countertops. It is very, very hard-wearing, very easy to clean and hygienic so that you can feel comfortable about letting the kids eat off the tables, for example.

What is the difference between your UNPAINTED and MELTECA table and chairs?
Good question. The unpainted ones come with just a sanded wood surface – no paint. But they also do not have the MELTECA surface – just a plain wood surface.

Can I pick up my order instead of having it delivered?
Sure, just select the "Cash or EFTPOS (Showroom Only)" payment option at checkout. Also, give us a call at 07 823 6993 or 027 213 0676 to let us know when you would like to come and pick up your items. You can also e-mail us at info@markstoys.com. The shopping cart will apply a shipping charge, but we will deduct it from your total purchase price.

Do you do customised orders?
Sure – we are happy to talk with you about one-off and customised orders. Just give us a call at 07 823 6993 or 027 213 0676 to discuss.

Do you combine items for shipping?
Most of our items cannot be combined for shipping, but we may be able to do so, so feel free to ask before ordering and we will let you know.

Do you have any special guidelines for Xmas orders?
At Xmas, just about all our items are made to order. If you would like to place an order for Xmas, it would be best to place the order well in advance so as not to miss out. A deposit may be required.
